Mindfulness is such a nice practice,

Mindfulness is a compassionate way of paying attention, on purpose & with intention, non-judgmentally,

to whatever is happening in our lives, at the present moment.

When we are being mindful, we pay close attention to what is happening around us, but also inside of us - we pay attention to our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Mindfulness is not just about our own thoughts, feelings, and actions, however. It is also about recognizing & focusing on our unique interactions and relationships with everything in the world around us. Mindfulness is a quality and a lifestyle.

Practicing mindfulness does not eliminate the stress of daily life, but it can help us respond

to our stress in a calmer, healthier manner that benefits our mind & body.

Practicing mindfulness allows us to be fully present in our life, which greatly improves the quality of our life.

Practicing mindfulness can make you:
